Thank You for a Successful Community Tees-n-Pins Classic
Nearly 100 golfers and 48 bowlers were out in force on Saturday, May 30, 2009 to help raise money for Community Medical Center's Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). The NICU physicians and nurses provide specialized care for the babies born at CMC and throughout Montana and Idaho who start life at a low birth weight or with other serious health challenges.
Our event raised just over $5,000. Special thanks go out to:
- Our event committee members Kevin Schumacher, Art Streano, Mary Brock, Dawna Foote, Bev Brooks, Loretta Drean, Don Miller, and CMCF staff member Kathy McDonald, as well as our on-site volunteers Jesse Mahugh, Denise Chumrau, Glen Henkel, Ty Robinson, MaryEllen Campbell, Janell Hemsley and the rest of the CMCF staff;
- Our Hole-In-One Sponsors Riddle's Jewelry and University Motors;
- Our Hole Sponsors Montana Cancer Specialists at Community Medical Center, Mountain FM 102.5, Pierce Flooring & Design, Premier Paints and Streamline Painting;
- The donors of the raffle prizes and participant bag goodies (you made the work easy for our raffle ticket sellers and the day more fun for our participants!)
- The great people at Larchmont Golf Course and Westside Lanes;
- And our participants - what a fun-loving and lively group!
The day's winning teams included:
1st place golf team - Russ and Judy Johnston, and Larry and Sue Toder
2nd place golf team - Tom and Daniel Clucas, Saul McMeekin and Troy Wolf
3rd place golf team - Riddle's Jewelry, with Matt Bonner, Alisa Ibey, Landon Larsen and Jim Morrison
#1 bowling team - McDonalds, with Keith Albert, Don and Brandi Bruch, and Vicki McDonald
