REMEMBER: Your User ID/Password for HealthStream is your Employee number found on your paystub April 15 - May 15, 2010 WHERE: CMC Computer Lab or other PCMay be completed on any computer with high-speed internet access, but assistance will only be available in the CMC Computer Lab
*Instructional packets available in Education (during regular business hours Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm), the CMC website at www.communitymed.org, and the Computer Lab beginning April 15th
TIMES: Walk-in availability nearly 24/7 Lab may not be available if a nursing or new employee orientation is taking place – check with Education Department
Care Day education will be paid time.
