Maintain a Healthy Heart

Ways to maintain a healthy heart:

  • Don't smoke.
  • Eat a high fiber diet low in saturated and trans fat.
  • Eat 5-9 servings of fruits and vegetables each day.
  • Choose low-fat dairy foods.
