The candidate will actively collaborate with other members of the spine health team to achieve programmatic goals with a high degree of coordination and collaboration. He/she will apply clinical expertise and provide education, training and outreach to other team members, locally and regionally. The candidate will have clinical competency and current knowledge of regulatory and payer requirements, proactive communication skills and will be able to effectively resolve and eliminate conflicts in the multidisciplinary treatment plan. The candidate will be able to perform an ongoing evaluation of the plan of care to ensure that current and potential complications are identified and efficiently complete paperwork and office duties associated with the plan. The candidate will actively collaborate with other members of the health team including Neurosurgery, Pain Anesthesiology, and Orthopedic Surgery to achieve programmatic goals. He/she will fulfill all professional requirements to retain certification and maintain CPR. | | | | Licensed in the State of Montana as an APRN by the MT Board of Nursing or a Physician Assistant – Certified by the MT Board of Medical Examiners required. Minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant-Certified. Excellent communication and customer relations skills required. American Heart Association Healthcare Provider CPR preferred, new hires will be required to obtain CPR within the orientation period | | | | Please refer to job description for additional position requirements.
