Aquatic Facility and Classes

Improving strength, endurance and flexibility in a comfortable, supportive environment: Warm-water pool therapy improves functional independence, circulation, endurance, flexibility, mobility, muscle strength, range of motion and self-confidence. Patients also benefit from decreased pain levels and less joint and muscle stress. Patients may work one-on-one with a therapist, or at their own pace in a supervised session without instruction.The Aquatic Facility’s comfortable, supportive class environments are designed by
licensed physical and occupational therapists, with small class sizes to encourage a shared experience in a fun, relaxed group setting.

A wide variety of warm-water therapy classes, designed by licensed physical and occupational therapists:
