Community Medical Center has been accredited by the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Health Care Organizations since 1954. Community is the only hospital in Western Montana to be Joint Commission recognized for Advanced or Disease-Specific Certifications in all of the following:

• Advanced Primary Stroke Center
• Total Hip
• Total Knee
• Hip Fracture
• Osteoporosis
• Diabetes
