Patient and Family Advisory Council

At Community Medical Center, we are committed to ensuring that our patients and families are actively involved in shaping the care and services we provide. Our Patient & Family Advisory Council (PFAC) brings together patients, family members, community members, and hospital staff to enhance patient and family experiences.
