Life Talent Center

Each new employee and a select groups of new non-employees (affiliates, clinical or business contractors) must complete compliance training within their first 90 days. Annual refresher training is required to be completed by all employees and selected groups of non-employees (trainees, affiliates, clinical or business contractors) by May 30 of each year.

Education & Professional Development

We offer tuition assistance to help employees pursue professional development. Employees have access to  Western Governor's University & the  University of Phoenix's continuing education programs. All full-time employees are eligible for tuition assistance (pro-rated for part-time employees).

The Education Department offers specialized, evidenced-based adult and pediatric continuing education opportunities so that we can ensure our care teams are up-to-date on the latest techniques and treatments.


Workers Compensation

If you get hurt on the job, your employer is required by law to pay for workers’ compensation benefits. Tell your supervisor and employee health right away no matter how slight the injury may be. Don’t delay - there are time limits. You could lose your right to benefits if your employer does not learn of your injury within 30 days.
