NICU Reunion Welcomed Over 700 Graduates Last Saturday

Over 700 NICU graduates and their families attended this year's NICU reunion. Every five years, the NICU at Community hosts a reunion where families can reunite with current and former NICU staff and share experiences with other families. The event included balloon animals, kids archery range, photo-booth, face painting, Animal Wonders, a NICU display room and visit with a NICU Flight Team member. 

Because many NICU families spend several days to months in the hospital, strong bonds are formed and the reunion is a wonderful way to reconnect. As a level III NICU, we care for babies as young as 23-weeks gestation, triplets, quadruplets and more. We also partner with LifeFlight to provide a NICU flight team so our expert medical professionals can attend high risk deliveries and transport fragile newborns back to Missoula to receive life-saving care.
