"Barely a day goes by that I do not either witness firsthand, or hear from another employee, the way that Jeff consistently goes above and beyond to help out. His workmanship is unparalleled and attitude/dedication to make a difference permeates throughout the hospital with everyone he comes in contact with. Jeff is truly a difference maker and wonderful individual."

"Jeff consistently goes above and beyond for everyone that has a request for him. He does this with a smile on his face and concern for the requester to get it done timely and 100% perfect. He does not cut corners in any instant and is the first one to take the initiative to volunteer. He takes pride in his work and does a job that is completely above standards. Employees will stop him in the hall and ask him to take care of something and although he may be hard-pressed to fit it in his schedule he will drop everything to make sure he takes care of the priorities first. He is very knowledgeable, although if he doesn't know how to approach the situation he will take it upon himself to research and figure out how to accomplish whatever he's faced with. I think what is most special about Jeff is that it he doesn't just look at his job as work, he shows a genuine care and concern that he's making others comfortable and satisfied with their workplace. His main focus is to provide a safe and satisfying environment for the patients that are here at Community. He is a complete stand out and sets the standards that all of us should strive for at Community."

Community Medical Center implemented The BEE (Being Exceptional Every day) Award to recognize employees who support RNs and LPNs (they can be nominated for The DAISY Award). A DAISY can’t survive without a BEE and a BEE can’t survive without a DAISY!
