Welcoming the first baby of 2026.
We are ringing in 2026 with the year’s first bundle of joy. Weighing 4 pounds and 11 ounces, Kohen was born to Mariah and Karill, Thursday, Jan. 1 at 5.24 a.m.
 
“Welcoming our baby as the first birth of the year is something we’ll always cherish,” said Mariah. “The care, kindness, and support we received from the entire team made this experience truly unforgettable. We’re so grateful to start this new year knowing our child was surrounded by such compassion.”
 
Community’s Women and Newborn’s Center provide high-quality, compassionate care for expecting parents across the region. The center offers prenatal care for both low- and high-risk pregnancies, with dedicated antepartum, labor & delivery & post-partum units along with a 32-bed NICU and NICU flight team. In the past year, the center launched the state’s second donor milk program and the Special Delivery Program – a program aimed at reducing maternal mortality.
