Community Receives Lifepoint Health Operations Excellence Award

Community Medical Center recently earned the Lifepoint Health Operations Excellence Award at the organization’s annual awards ceremony held on February 24, 2026. The award recognizes outstanding overall performance across Lifepoint’s acute care, rehabilitation and behavioral health business sectors and is given to five exemplary facilities each year that have demonstrated a strong commitment to quality improvement, service line growth, talent and workforce development, financial performance and expanding the hospital’s leadership role in the community.
Community Medical Center received the award for Lifepoint Health’s western division of acute care hospitals.

The award was accepted by hospital leaders Ryan Pugh, Sandy Leggett, Dr. Bonnie Stephens, Hollie Nagel & Greg Cook.
