Inpatient Rehabilitation Team Earns the BEE Award

The Inpatient Rehabilitation team at Community Medical Center was recently honored with the Team BEE Award!

The team was nominated by a patient who spent 8 days in their care while recovering from a stroke. In their nomination, the patient shared:

"I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional care I received these last 8 days. The staff are exceptional, awesome and marvelous. They made a challenging medical issue — a stroke — a much more pleasant experience."

Facing a stroke is one of the most frightening experiences a patient can go through, and this recognition is a powerful reminder of the difference compassionate, skilled care can make during a person's hardest moments. The Inpatient Rehabilitation team didn't just support this patient's physical recovery — they helped make an incredibly difficult experience feel manageable, even hopeful.
